Q: What type of payments do you accempt? “What type of payments do you accept?” A: We accept cash only, please have exact amount, our delivery staff does not carry change.   “What does the price include?” A: The price you will pay includes the advertised website price plus an additional sales tax depending on your location.  We do not require deposits or charge a deliver mileage fee.   “Where do you deliver to?” A: We will deliver anywhere in Calcasieu parish and surrounding parishes within so many miles.  Please call or fill out our contact form to inquire about specific locations.   “Can I pick up the unit myself?” A: No, Only Fun Booth Rentals LLC staff is allowed to delivery, setup and pickup our units.   “How soon do I need to reserve?” A: The sooner the better.  Holiday weekends are usually busy and we stay booked up during those times.  If the unit you choose is unavailable for the day you need it, we will offer you an alternative unit of equal or lesser price for a discounted rate.   “Is there a deposit required?” A: NO deposits are required for reserving or renting a unit.  We don’t want you to worry about whether you will get a deposit back, so we expect to pick up our unit in the exact shape and condition it was in when we delivered it.   “When will my rental arrive?” A: We will deliver the unit typically 30 minutes to an hour prior to the desired time set by the renter upon reservation so that it will be ready on time for your venue.   “Are your units clean?” A: Yes, our units are returned to our facility where they are inflated and thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each.   “What are the electrical requirements?” A: We supply a 100’ maximum length extension cord and a GFCI recepticle for each unit.  Each blower requires a 120 volt recepticle outlet.  For locations further than 100’ from a recepticle, we can provide a generator for an additional cost.  Fuel is the customers responsibility.   “What if I need to cancel?” A: Cancellations need to be made no later than the afternoon prior to the day of the arrival.  To keep the renters cost down, we do not charge for delivery, setup and pickup.  However, if we deliver a unit and a sale is not made, we cannot continue to offer these services for FREE.   “How much space is required?” A: Go to the Inflatables page on this website, the dimensions are listed for each unit.  Prior to making a reservation, we can come and help you decide the best location to set up the inflatable.
